Here at Apex Building Services, we put a fixed price on all jobs we undertake. So the client knows exactly how much any given job will cost, before work is started.
We do not require a deposit for any work which we undertake. For smaller jobs such as minor building repairs, payment is due when the job is completed. For larger jobs such as extensions or renovations, we work on stage payments. Which are agreed before work is started.
We normally leave the decision of who supplies the materials for the job up to the client. For example on renovations, the client may wish to source their own bespoke materials from salvage yards etc.
Yes, references of all of our previous work is available upon request.
Yes, we can arrange for all of our previous work to be viewed by appointment.
Yes the start date of any job can be arranged to suit the clients requirements.
For smaller jobs, such as minor building repairs payment is due upon completion of the job. For larger jobs such as extensions or renovations, payment is due in stages. Which will have been agreed before work started.
